The se. line from Scandinavian Eyewear

New to our office is the se. line from Scandinavian Eyewear.  This Swedish eyewear company has been designing frames since 1948.  With its classic skaga brand, the company’s design has a clear emphasis on the Scandinavian style.   The company has also partnered with our local lab Barrie Ophthalmic (BOC).  Our own collaboration with BOC, who has been in business for over 20 years, allows us to provide limitless options to our patients, from dress wear to safety lenses to specialty lenses.  Recently we created a polarized, blue-mirrored, prescription lenses for a patient with an Oakley frame.  We were able to achieve the look of the blue iridium lenses offered by Oakley at a fraction of the cost.  We were also able to custom make a pair of prescription shooting safety glasses for one patient to use with his hand gun and rifle.  Supporting local businesses is important to Dr. Mei-Ling Chan, and she hopes her patients feel the same when it comes to their choice for an eye care professional.  Come and see our new line!!
